Good afternoon, Eaton families! Here is your Monday Minute for the week of October 20th.

1. We are incredibly grateful to all the parents who generously donated to support our Read-a-Thon your contributions make a meaningful difference in our school. A heartfelt thank you to our wonderful guest readers who brought stories to life and inspired a love of reading in our classrooms. We also want to celebrate the amazing turnout at our carnival, it was a joy to see so many families come together for fun and community. Your continued support helps make our school a vibrant and welcoming place for all!

2. We have several opportunities for volunteering. We are still in need of a few volunteers to help with hearing screenings tomorrow and a November staff appreciation luncheon. 3. Next week is Halloween and students will be allowed to wear costumes, but we ask that all costumes be school appropriate with no blood, gore, or weapons of any kind. Please ensure costumes allow students to participate fully in learning and do not cause distractions. If a costume becomes disruptive to the classroom environment, students may be asked to change. Thank you for helping us keep the day fun and focused!

4. Parent Tip: This week parent tip is about practicing math skills in a fun and easy way. There are many things in your home that will encourage children to love math and, at the same time, improve basic math skills.
